PSU vs. Michigan State Game Watching Party: Saturday, November 21st, 3:30PM
Come out and watch the game with other Penn State Alumni and friends! Join us for the last game of the season as Penn State looks to defend the Land Grant Trophy against Michigan State.
This year, we will be watching the game at two locations - the Lawrence Grill at the Quaker Bridge Mall, and the Lake House in Loch Arbour.
This is a great chance to meet and mingle with other local alumni, have a great time, and raise money for THON. RSVP here.

The Central NJ Chapter recently held elections for the 2010 Chapter Board. We are pleased to announce the following appointments:

Andrew Hersh served as Chapter President in 2009, during which the chapter has grown in membership and depth of activities and services. During his tenure with the organization, he led the CNJ Chapter to earn Group of Distinction honors. We thank Andrew for representing us and sharing his talents with us. Andrew will continue to volunteer his talents by serving in the role of At-Large Representative.
Message from Departing President, Andrew Hersh:
"I am proud to pass the Chapter President baton to Katie Dunn. Katie has served on the board of the Chapter since its inception and for the last couple of years has served as both Chapter VP and Membership Chair. Katie has been a driving force behind the growth and success of the Chapter and will now have the opportunity to lead our chapter to new heights. I am also very proud of the successes our Chapter has had over the last couple of years. We have honored the Penn State name in so many ways and made many new friends in doing it. Because of our accomplishments, the Chapter was recently awarded Chapter of Distinction honors. We have grown to over 150 members, have opened up new fronts of growth and are positioned for long-term success. I thank all of you for the honor of having served the Central NJ community as Chapter President. As a continuing board member, I look forward to serving the community into the future."

Happy Hour for a Cause: Thursday, December 10th, 7PM
Join other Central NJ alumni and do what you love: attend a happy hour party after work! But now you can make a difference at the same time! The happy hour will be on Thursday, December 10th from 7PM-? at Koi Pond in Princeton, NJ. Bring friends, meet new people and support a great organization.
During the happy hour we will be collecting toys for Toys for Tots. Make the holiday a little brighter for a child in need by bringing a new, unwrapped toy! RSVP here!
Discounted NJ Devils Tickets: Friday, December 4th, 7PM
Come and join the Central NJ Chapter on Friday, December 4th when the NJ Devils host the Tampa Bay Lightning. The game starts at 7:00pm at the Prudential Center in Newark. As part of this special offer, tickets normally priced at $56 are being offered for only $40. Proceeds from these tickets benefit the Central NJ Chapter Scholarship Fund. The deadline to purchase a ticket is Tuesday, December 1st.
Cost: $40 (includes $5 for chapter scholarship)
Payment: Make checks payable to "Central NJ Chapter- Penn State AA" and mail to Central NJ Chapter - Penn State AA, PO Box 1535, Princeton, NJ 08542.
Deadline: Checks must be received in PO Box by Tuesday, December 1st.
